That you may know

Rev Rosie’s statement ‘Our calling is our salvation’ strikes me as a great reminder how important it is to pay attention to God’s calling. Most times, it is hard to evade his calling if He targets you and it would be to your advantage if you pay heed. He would do whatever it takes to convince you that you are the chosen one.

However, there are times when we avoid His calling and He looks for someone else and what that means on our side is to lose full time. We will not only miss His blessings but may we miss our salvation too. It’s too high a price to pay.

The other thing that strikes me is more her practice and that is to read the bible and keep a journal. She also writes her prayers to God. I don’t do both and think it is about time to start too.
