The Great Commission are the last words of Jesus spoken to His disciples before He was taken up to heaven.  They are recorded in:

• Matthew 28:19 - Go therefore & make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father & of the Son & of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; & lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
• Mark 16:15 - Go into all the world & preach the good news to everyone.

Jesus has given us a mandate; to carry on His work, to take on from where He left off.  The call of the Great Commission is for all His followers, not just for evangelists or those in full-time ministry. The commission is to ‘GO’, not wait for the world to come to us!  It’s a natural overflow of our relationship with Christ - like a person in love, talking about the object of their affection.

SCC has engaged Pastor Lam FY to conduct 5 equipping sessions, as follows:

• Date: 11 Feb, 18 Feb, 25 Feb, 4 March and 11 March 2023
• Time: 9.30 – 11am.  Breakfast will be served at 9am.
• Venue: 68 Lorong 16 Geylang, #03-01, Association Building, Singapore 398889

These sessions aim to train befrienders to make disciples in small-group setting.
